Police; Yaqub Talib arrested, not Broncos cornerback, Aqib Talib

DALLAS- Dallas police now report Yaqub Talib was arrested, not his brother, Denver Broncos cornerback, Aqib Talib.

Police initially reported Sunday morning Aqib was arrested for public intoxication, however, Dallas Police Major, Max Geron now confirm it was 31-year-old Yaqub Talib who was arrested.

Geron issued an apology on twitter to Aqib Talib for releasing inaccurate information posting from the account @MaxDPD ;

CORRECTION - Yaqub Talib 31yrs old was arrested. My apologies to Aqib Talib. Original information reported was incorrect.

The incident happened around 1:45 Sunday morning at Synn Nightclub at 1217 Main Street in Dallas.

Talib was taken to the Dallas Marshall's Office, according to Dallas police.
