UNION CITY, Ga. - One person is recovering after being shot at a hotel in Union City.

The shooting happened at the Magnuson Hotel Atlanta South on the 6800 block of Shannon Parkway.

Police received a call around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The victim was reportedly alert, breathing and conscious at the time of transport.

No further details were immediately available.
