Just before her husband passed away three years ago, Polly Wright decided to move into a town home at Magnolia Place in Lowell. But every time she walks out her back door, there is a large dirt retaining wall, that she fears will collapse. Wright said "You move in here thinking you have a a nice place to live, but you live with the fear of that wall, and the trees tumbling down on you, and with some of these storms we're having."

This wall of dirt has been here as long as residents can remember. New homeowners like Lonnie Wilson say it's not only an eyesore, but a safety concern. Wilson said "It could fall in a big wind, and hit their houses - yes we could get another really bad rain, these three houses have already shoveled water out of their homes."

There are six lots that remain "undeveloped" in the community. But after the developer called it quits, the neighborhood remains under construction.

Lonnie has pictures of when a storm comes through, and mud fills up people's yard. They've reached out to the builder and the developer, but have had no luck. Now they are taking it to Lowell city council, in hopes of making a change.

If you chain your dog outside and you live in Kannapolis, there are new regulations being put in place to ensure your pup is safe when you leave the yard. Many people chain their dog outside for only a few minutes, but others leave their dogs outside in the heat for the entire day. The Humane Society in Concord has seen 5-6 dogs die due to strangulation from their chains in recent months. Though the City of Kannapolis has not had any formal complaints of dogs chained for long periods of time,...

The saying art is autobiographical takes on a whole new meaning when your canvas is a fully nude human body, as it is for artist Andy Golub. Andy along with 30 other artists and 45 Technicolor models paraded around several Manhattan hotspots over the weekend for NYC Body Painting day. Believe or not, this is completely legal in New York City.
