    I took a break from the business to start a family and build a Sports Media consultancy, but never lost the “bug.” 
    I am ecstatic to be back in the Carolinas, and back on air! I spent fifteen years in the broadcast new business before taking a break to start a family, write a book and build a Sports Media consultancy. While I certainly enjoyed my new directions, I never lost the “bug.”

    Union County high school football coaches will be taking a mandatory concussion awareness class on Tuesday, July 29.The class is held by Dr. Eric Warren of Novant Health Waxhaw Family and Sports Medicine.The goal of the class is to bring to the attention of coaches warning signs of concussions and how to take extra precaution. Union County varsity football begins on Friday, Aug. 22.

    A Brooklyn woman who is seven months pregnant released photos that she said show an NYPD officer putting her in a choke hold as she was being arrested for grilling on the sidewalk outside her home.  It's the latest in a string of reported choke holds by police officers. The move is not allowed under NYPD policy.  Miller was expected to meet with Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson on Tuesday to seek charges against police.
