DETROIT (WJBK) -- Detroit police announced Thursday a murder warrant was issued in connection with the death of Alicia Fox, the Detroit mother whose body was found Monday night in an abandoned house on the city's west side.

Erin Justice, was arrested Wednesday night in Atlanta, Ga. by the FBI and is charged with being a fugitive from justice. He is awaiting extradition to Detroit, where he will face additional charges. FOX 2's Roop Raj reports that a murder warrant has been signed in Wayne County, Mich.

A second man is also said to be in police custody. The unnamed 27-year-old male suspect was arrested in Detroit and is charged with being an accessory after the fact.

Fox's two children, 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter and 8-month-old Kristian Justice, are still missing. Erin Justice is the father of Kristian.

In a press conference Thursday, police said Justice and the second suspect may have information that could lead them to the children.

Later Thursday afternoon police say they have found Fox's burgundy Chevy Impala stripped down in a junkyard in Taylor. Police consider the vehicle a key piece to the investigation.

You've got a few more weeks to enjoy SummerStage, New York's annual performing arts showcase that's 28 years running. But it's not just music: there is dance, comedy, theater, you name it. There are several shows weekly at 14 different parks throughout the five boroughs. A recent show at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park paid tribute to Pete Seeger. Most of the shows are free and are funded by tickets purchased for the some of the bigger acts.
