TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Three New Jersey men have been indicted on child pornography charges.

State authorities say Frank Fiorelli, 63, of Springfield; James Engle, 29, of Washington Township; and Robert Rowe II, 35, of Union Township are all charged with distributing child porn, offering child porn and possessing child porn. Fiorelli is also charged with resisting arrest.

Acting state Attorney General John Hoffman said the men knowingly used file-sharing software to make multiple files of child porn available for others to download.

All three were arrested in recent child pornography stings conducted by state and federal officials. They each face lengthy prison terms if convicted on the charges.

It wasn't known Wednesday if any of the men had retained attorneys.
