Go Greek At This Weekend's Marietta Greek Festival

Posted: Updated:

In the mood for some Spanakopita? How about a Gyro Wrap? And who could turn down some Baklava?

All three -- and yes, so much more -- are available this weekend at the Marietta Greek Festival. The annual event takes place on the grounds of the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church on Trickum Road in Marietta, and there's no shortage of entertainment there. You can check out live music, Greek dancing, cooking demonstrations, and children's activities -- and, of course, sample the savory foods of Greece. Parking, by the way, is available at nearby Simpson Middle School, the Church of Latter-Day Saints, and Lassiter High School.

So, you ready for a sampling of the Marietta Greek Festival? Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken sure was -- so click the videos above to check it out!
