A man dressed as Spider-Man was arraigned on charges he punched a police officer who told him to stop harassing tourists in Time Square. Junior Bishop, 25, faces charges of assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say the officer interceded after Bishop demanded at least $5 from a woman he posed for a picture with, instead of the $1 she offered.

KATY, TX - Controversy surrounds a sign outside of gun store where the message on their marquee reads, "I like my guns like Obama likes his voters undocumented."

Tactical Firearms' owner, Jeremy Alcede, gained national attention last year over a gun rights discussion with musician Ted Nugent and Texas politicians.

Many in the area are always checking the latest message on the store's sign, which is known for catchy phrases.  While some are upset over the sign, others say he has the right to free speech.

"'Cause I like my guns like Obama like his voters undocumented," said Jason Wilfon, an area resident.  "Political statement, yes. Freedom of speech? Yeah, some people might not like it, some will."

Another resident, Nancy Newbrough, added "I think that so much is going on in the government that we need to speak up and say what we believe."

Alcede didn't want to speak on camera, but provided a statement:
"Thank God for our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. It's meant as a joke. It's meant to be funny."
