The Melting Pot's Flaming Turtle fondue

Want to impress mom with a special Mother's Day dessert? Try this Flaming Turtle fondue recipe courtesy of The Melting Pot restaurant in Troy.

Ingredients:
Slowly melt 4 ounces of milk chocolate fondue wafers in a fondue pot (or double boiler for most even melting without scalding)
Stir in 4 ounces of caramel
Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of candied pecans over the surface of the chocolate
Pour 1 teaspoon of Bacardi 151 Rum over the surface of the chocolate and light with a long stick lighter (Flambé!)
Serve with strawberries, bananas, brownies, pound cake, blondies, rice krispie treats or marshmallows
