MESQUITE, Nev. (FOX TV) - Out west there's a battle brewing that's important to us right here at home. A Nevada rancher is fighting with the federal government over who really owns his land. 

But the country's original Americans say they're both wrong. 

Charlie LeDuff with a story about broken promises and a trail of gold that leads him to the nation's most powerful senator.
