Chef Den's Duben rolls and Banana split rolls

Duben Rolls

Vegetable oil
Egg roll wraps
Corned beef (deli sliced or thickly sliced)
Slices of swiss cheese

1. Heat oil to 350°F
2. Slice corned beef into ribbons (I roll a few pieces up and make thin slices).
3. Layer cheese, sliced beef and cole slaw on egg roll wrapper.
4. Roll up egg roll sealing the last edge with water.
5. Add rolls to oil , fry until brown and crispy, drain on paper towels 3-5 min.
6. Remove from oil let drain on paper towel
7. Cut then serve with home made russian dressing and a tangy mustard dipping sauce.

Banana Split Rolls

Vanilla ice cream
Egg roll wraps
Crushed pineapples
2 bananas, sliced
Whip cream
Shaved chocolate
Nuts (optional)

1. Heat vegetable oil.
2. Place in center of each egg roll wrapper slices of banana, chocolate, and a dash of cinnamon if you like.
3. Tuck ends and roll up the wrapper.
4. Place the egg rolls carefully into the oil. You must turn them quickly on all sides they will brown very fast.
5. When brown, remove them from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain. Serve hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and top with toppings.
