SOUTH PHILADELPHIA -

As we prepare for yet more snow today there's growing concern among a group of people living on Pemberton Street in south Philadelphia.

A tree fell three days ago on the 2200 block of South Pemberton Street trapping a person's car and to top it off the power has been out for three days.

Surveillance video captured the moment the large sized pear tree snapped and falling onto the car Sparks went flying as the power lines were taken out.  A few people on the block have been without power and hear since Saturday so they've been running extension cords between homes.

They're frustrated that they are not getting answers and results from the city.

"We're slightly frustrate that had is there still a tree laying on tomorrow of our car. We spend most of the day trying to contact various city agencies. They point back and forth saying it is their responsibility, it is their responsibility. All [ I ask is ] when will somebody take the tree off of our car," said Richard Desvernine.

The problem is PECO say they cannot come out there city comes out here to clean up this tree.

With the snow on the way many of the neighbors are wondering when this tree will be picked up and if they will have heat.
