Rev. Warnock calls on lawmakers to expand Medicaid

ATLANTA -

Arrests at the Georgia Capitol grabbed national headlines on Tuesday. Protestors, including Rev. Raphael Warnock of Ebenezer Baptist Church, were led away by Georgia State Troopers.

They were fighting to expand Medicaid coverage and those protestors met again Thursday to express more outrage.

Monday Ebenezer Baptist Church Past Raphael Warnock was arrested along with 38 other people here at the state capitol. He says Georgia lawmakers are out of touch and that when more than 600 thousand Georgians go without healthcare, the state lawmakers became a death panel.

Warnock is called upon all Georgians to come to the capitol for Sine Die and demand an end to the Medicaid expansion hold out.
