The frantic 911 call from the boyfriend of murder victim Sabrina Gianino in May of 2013 was the topic of discussion in court Wednesday.

The boyfriend came home from work to find Gianino facedown with an electrical cord wrapped around her neck at his home in Grosse Pointe Park.

The boyfriend testified he unknotted the electrical cord, which he believes was wrapped twice around her neck.

Police arrived but it was too late to save Gianino.

Police and prosecutors say Myron Williams, who lived next door, robbed Gianino, killed her then sold her stolen property for crack cocaine.

The defense attorney claims Williams is a suspect in the case but not the killer.
