Frustrated Superintendent Leaves Distressed Snow Day Voicemail For Parents

Posted: Updated:

The excess of snow days from this snow-heavy winter has many east coast school superintendents frustrated with lost school time, but Penn-Delco Superintendent Dr. George Steinhoff took his frustration out in a voicemail for parents.

The voicemail was left last night and opened with "This is George Steinhoff calling with an all-too-familiar message." He informed parents that school was canceled Monday morning and wished "good riddance" this long winter.

The superintendent ended on a happy note, telling parents to, "enjoy the Oscars."
