NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - Yale University says two undergraduate students were sexually assaulted at the same weekend party held at a fraternity house located out of campus.

The alleged assailants are Yale students.

The alleged sexual assaults occurred at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house on High Street.

New Haven police they are not investigating because no victim has come forward.
