D'Amato's Italian meatballs

D'Amato's Executive Chef visits Fox 2 to promote Whiskey Business Part II. The event is at the Royal Oak Farmer's Market on Friday, Feb. 21st.  

D'Amato's Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground veal
3/4 lb ground pork
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1/4 grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 grated onion
3 cloves garlic minced
1 egg

Method:
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Makes approximately dozen meatballs (4oz individual size).
Cook in marinara sauce of your choice (simmering at med setting) for three hours.
