Norman Saleh owns XS-Trash and was hired to clean out a house in Dearborn Heights. While cleaning, he found a box full of savings bonds totaling between $90,000 and $100,000. He returned the bonds to the rightful owner.

"I figured that it's not going to be cheap to clean the house, and gave it right back to him. And he was hysterical," says Saleh. "I called him up, and he said he was like 20 minutes away - he'll be there in five minutes. As he came back and gave it to him, he looked at me, he's like, 'Norm, this is coming back to you tenfolds.'"

Saleh says he told the owner he wasn't expecting anything, but the owner insisted saying "you saved me."

The grateful man paid Saleh $15,000 for the work performed. But his gratitude didn't stop there.

"He was able to sell me the house (where the bonds were found) for $30,000, as is," Saleh added.

Based on the current market, the house's value has the potential to at least triple, once Saleh finishes cleaning and making major repairs.

"I was raised to be honest and what doesn't belong to you, you should give back."

When you hear about a place that still sells records, located in a hip neighborhood in the borough of Brooklyn, you enter that store with certain expectations. One of them being: you hope the guy behind the counter talks about music the way Cory Fierman does."I think it's just like the most important thing to you," he says. "I don't know how to describe it. It's the most important thing to me. It's like another language."Cory manages Greenpoint's Academy Records Annex, where they want you ...
