A woman, who did not want her face shown, was on her way to visit a friend at St. John Hospital when she saw a light green 2003 Lincoln driving slowly near Wayburn. It was just after 7:10am. The woman thought something must be wrong and rushed over to help the driver but it was too late. He'd been shot in the head. She and other witnesses could not believe their eyes.

"I ran over there before I called 9-1-1," she told Fox 2. "I tried to give him CPR but there was another lady out here who said not to do it because he was already gone."

Police tell us the victim is a white man in his 40's. If you were in the area of Moross and Wayburn Saturday morning and you have information about this crime, call Detroit police. So far, no arrests in the case.
