DeKalb Police search for missing Ellenwood boys

ELLENWOOD, Ga. -

UPDATE: Police say the two boys were located Saturday morning at the Walmart in Tucker. They are safe and unharmed.

Police are searching for two boys that went missing early Friday afternoon in DeKalb county.

The DeKalb County Police Department says that 12-year-old Darryl Hodge and 10-year-old Nathaniel Hodge ran away from their Ellenwood home. They were last seen near the Kroger on Flat Shoals Parkway around 1 p.m. Friday. The boys, who live in the Flakes Mill and River Road area, may either be walking or on bikes.

Darryl Hodges is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds with black low-cut hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and black backpack with two straps.

Nathan Hodges is described as being 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored backpack with one strap.

Anyone who sees them should call 911.

    New Jersey high school students will be required to have CPR training starting this year. Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno signed a law Wednesday requiring the lesson for all public and charter school students in ninth through 12th grades. Guadagno is serving as acting governor with Gov. Chris Christie out of the state. It takes effect in the coming school year.
