Chef and Author Rocco Dispirito stopped by today with his latest cookbook, The Pound a Day Diet.  He's found the secret to eating delicious and healthy meals, that are easy to make, while learning how to change your eating habits.  He brought along his friend and weight loss success Maegan Jones, who by following Rocco's plan lost over 60 pounds.
