CHANDLER, Ariz. (AP) - A Phoenix man is in custody in connection with a non-fatal shooting at a Chandler restaurant in 2012.

Chandler police announced the arrest Thursday of 19-year-old Michael David Calvin Jr.

They say Calvin was arrested at Tempe residence and booked into the downtown Phoenix jail on suspicion of one count of aggravated assault and 25 counts of endangerment.

Police say one man was shot twice after a confrontation inside the Serrano's Mexican Food restaurant on Oct. 6, 2012.

The victim survived. Police say the shooter fled the scene in a car and they've been looking for him ever since.

It was unclear Thursday night if Calvin has legal representation yet for his case.
