Boy found dead in luxury Times Square building; caretaker arrested

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Police have arrested the caretaker of the 4-year-old boy who was found unconsciousinside a luxury apartment in Times Square and later died.

Authorities charged Kryzie King, 27, with first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, the NYPD said.

Sources told Fox 5 News that Myls Dobson had bruises and burns on his body. The official cause of his death has not yet been determined.

The NYPD responded to a 911 call from 235 West 48th St. at 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday where they found Dobson unresponsive. He was rushed to Roosevelt Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

King apparently told cops she had placed Dobson on a bathroom counter and leftthe room briefly. She said that when she returned she found that he had fallenoff the counter and into an empty bathtub, the Associated Press reported.
