Tens of thousands of people brought 2014 at the Peach Drop in Atlanta on Tuesday.

More than 100,000 were expected to ring in the New Year at the 25th annual Peach Drop at Underground Atlanta.

There was a full day of activities, including live music. Acclaimed singer Janelle Monáe headlined the event, while actor and comedian David Koeacher served as the emcee for the evening.

VIDEO: As FOX 5 reported, the Peach Drop had a unique twist this year. The 800 pound peach was accompanied by a giant M&M peanut.
