Suspect removing package caught on camera

Posted: Updated: Dec 26, 2013 07:43 PM

A suspect is caught on a surveillance camera removing a package that was delivered on a doorstep.

The victim is a woman who only had her home surveillance system for a month, but it's already turned out to be handy: it shows a package that was delivered to her north Phoenix home that she never received.

At first, the victim thought the package was late, but when she checked her surveillance system, she saw a man getting out of a car, and nonchalantly walking up the door and then walking off with the package.

The woman says the package contained a pear of shoes, but remarks that it was shocking to see a man on the surveillance footage walking away with something that didn't belong to him.

She has filed a report with Phoenix Police.
