Choco Vivo: From Bean To Bar

It's the first bean to bar chocolate factory in the southland. What that means is that we take cacao beans and we grind it into bars of dark chocolate.

(White and Milk chocolate are forbidden in the shop.) What makes the chocolate special are 3 things:

1. Type of ingredients we use - all whole ingredients - no dairy, soy or fillers. IT is Vegan and Gluten-Free.  
2. We stone grind which is how it was traditionally done over 2000 years ago.
3. We source directly from our grower in Tabasco, MX. We do not go through a distributor or broker.
