Multiple Stabbing Suspect Sought By Deputies

(FOX 11) Operation Safe Streets detectives are seeking the public's assistance in locating 34-year-old attempt murder suspect Alfred Tapia. On Tuesday morning, December 3, 2013 Tapia, went to the home of a relative on the 8700 Block of Olympic Way, in Pico Rivera. He attacked the victim, who is a family member, with a knife and caused serious life threatening injuries.

On Thursday, December 5, 2013, Tapia went to the 10500 Block of Nashville Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Whittier and attacked a friend with a hammer. Tapia also produced a knife during the attack and stabbed the victim multiple times.

Alfred Tapia is also suspected of committing a third stabbing attack in the city of Chino, San Bernardino County, on Friday, December 6, 2013 where he is suspected of seriously injuring a family member. The city of Chino Police Department is currently investigating this crime.
