About This Position

In this position you will be helping interested homeowners select and purchase heating and cooling equipment for their homes. We have many homeowners visit our website to learn about our offerings, and when they call us they are eager to get your help and to learn more and buy. In addition to taking these inbound calls, you will spend part of your time following up with customers on quotes sent to them, responding to customer emails, and assisting customers through our website chat feature. Our low-pressure approach to sales is to educate customers on their options and offer recommendations that will suit their needs best. This consultative approach allows everyone to win: the customer, the company, and you as a sales consultant. During your first month on the job, extensive technical training on heating and cooling products will be provided - no previous HVAC technical experience is required.

Work You'll Enjoy

About You

Great mechanical aptitude. You aren't afraid of a tool box and like to do home handy projects.

NOTE: Chosen applicant will receive extensive technical training and so must be able to retain technical information easily

Outstanding verbal communication skills. You are articulate, have a great voice, and are never at a loss for words. A pleasant and professional speaking manner is second-nature to you.

Great writer. You can type quickly (40 WPM) and accurately, and your correspondence is as smooth as your verbal skills.

Your Experience

Minimum 1 year sales experience
