Police say they have found a 15-year-old Detroit girl who has been missing for the last two weeks at the Eastland Motel in Eastpointe near Gratiot Avenue and Eight Mile Road.

She was found with an 18-year-old man who is now under arrest, police say.

Sgt. Marcellus Ball tells Fox 2's Taryn Asher some foul play is suspected at this time but officers do not now the extent of it right now. One concern is the girl may have been a victim of sexual assault.

The girl went missing on November 5 after she was last seen at the apartment complex where she lives in Greenfield Road. Her mother says the girl is on medication for depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sleep disorder and hallucinations; and had recently been diagnosed with a hole in her heart.

Sgt. Ball says the girl will be going home with her mother as the investigation continues.

EDITOR'S NOTE:
Fox 2 is not using the underaged girl's name or photo to protect her identity, as it is believed she is a victim of criminal sexual conduct.
