In an attempt to bring traditional Southwestern Chinese cuisine to the East Coast, Han Chiang has started a booming restaurant chain called Han Dynasty.
He was on Good Day to talk about his food and have the anchors test the spiciness. Southwestern Sichuan food is extremely spicy, and Han has a scale from 1 to 20 to cater toward people with different spice preferences.
