ATLANTA -

Authorities say one person was killed in accident involving a Gwinnett County Transit bus and a FedEx truck in Atlanta on Monday afternoon.

SKYFOX 5 showed that the vehicles appeared to hit the Museum Bar at Central Avenue and Ralph D. Abernathy Boulevard around 4 p.m.

Police said that the driver of the FedEx truck died in the crash. The driver of the bus was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

It was not immediately clear if there were any passengers on the bus.

According to Atlanta Police Officer John Chafee, the preliminary investigation indicates that the bus ran a red light and collided with the FedEx vehicle. Both vehicles then struck the Museum Bar, which was formerly a church. That building suffered some damage.

It was not immediately clear if there were any passengers on the bus.

Charges are pending, Chafee said in a statement.

When you hear about a place that still sells records, located in a hip neighborhood in the borough of Brooklyn, you enter that store with certain expectations. One of them being: you hope the guy behind the counter talks about music the way Cory Fierman does."I think it's just like the most important thing to you," he says. "I don't know how to describe it. It's the most important thing to me.
