Cooper Boone knows Country Living-- and he's a genius in the kitchen, too!  Cooper is in town for The Country Living Fair at Stone Mountain Park this weekend, so we persuaded him to drop by Good Day and make us some cheesy bread balls-- and yes, they're that good.

Here's the recipe for Cooper Boone's cheesy bread balls (which he made for us on Good Day, and they were instantly devoured):

CHEESY BREAD BALLS
Ingredients:
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp of Yucca and/or Tapioca flour

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Make small balls by rolling about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough in the palm of your hand. Use the extra yucca flour to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes (Remember no peeking!) Remove from oven and serve immediately piping hot.
