TUCKER, Ga. -

DeKalb County police have charged one of three people involved in a overnight shooting with murder.  Investigator say the shooting, which happened in the parking lot of the Stanford Oaks apartment complex in Tucker, left one person dead and two others injured.

Investigators say Jordan Permenter faces murder charges, and they are now searching for his cousin, 22-year-old Travis Permenter.  They believe he was at the scene and has information that is important to the investigation.

Police say two men were shot inside a car that was parked outside the apartments, and they believe at least one of the men fired shots.  One of the men died inside the car, and the other got out and wandered into the parking lot, but collapsed in front of an apartment.

Resident Timothy Young told FOX 5 he heard what sounded like a gunfight, with about 12-15 shots being fired.  He says he was sleeping when it happened, and his wife and son were also home.  He made sure everyone got on the ground until it was over.

Police say one of the injured men was taken to taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in serious condition, and the other victim was taken to Atlanta Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
