Guilty of Googling your ex? You're not alone!
According to a new Pew Internet and American Life Project survey, about one in four Internet users, 24% to be exact, say that they've searched for information about their ex.
The number seems to have increased. This recent number compares to 11 percent of people in 2005.
Also, 31% of people admit to searching for their ex on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram. Some think that the numbers should be much higher, including Sheinelle and Mike.
The study also shows that 29% admit to googling information on people they were dating or are about to date, compared to 13% from 2005
