SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. -

The Pinal County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying a suspect in a home invasion.

On September 25, detectives from PCSO began investigating a home invasion near North Gantzel and West Chandler Heights Road.

The victim reported that she heard a knock on the door, and opened it to two unknown females who forced their way in.

They attacked her and attempted to wrap something -- a bra -- around her neck to choke her. While the victim continued to struggle with her assailant, one of the women stole items from the home.

They eventually fled in an unknown direction.

The victim sustained several injuries that required stitches. It's unknown why this victim was targeted.

The victim described one of her attackers as a white or light-skinned Hispanic woman, late 20s, 5' 6" to 5' 7" tall, 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and shoulder-length hair in a ponytail [see suspect sketch].
