Tension among jurors in Johnathan Doody trial

It was one of the most brutal murders the valley has ever seen. Nine people, shot execution-style at a Buddhist temple in the far west valley.

Johnathan Doody was convicted in the crime more than 20 years ago -- but was granted a new trial. Jurors from that trial have not reached a verdict yet.

One juror has already been excused, and Wednesday, another snag.

There's definitely some arguing going on between the jurors in this case. They've been deliberating for three days now.

One juror accused another juror of not wanting to deliberate anyone. Apparently that juror has made a decision but isn't really explaining why she feels the way she does.

Wednesday, the judge called each juror in one by one to ask them about this.

However, the juror in question told the judge she is participating. She says she's just quiet and feels like she's being badgered when she explains how she reached her decision.

The judge will now have to decide whether to dismiss her or not.

If she is dismissed, an alternate will be brought in.

    One of the tubes of the Lincoln Tunnel was closed for nearly four hours after a chain-reaction accident involving a New York-bound jitney bus and two other vehicles. Port Authority of New York and New Jersey spokesman Steve Coleman says three people were reported injured in the accident in the center tube at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
