There's something hiding in your food that could be giving you the jitters. We're talking about caffeine.

Problem is, when we start eating caffeine in multiple foods throughout the day, we lose track of just how much caffeine we are actually consuming.

When caffeine intake turns into addiction, you may notice side effects like dehydration and fatigue.

And if you still need a reason why you shouldn't give your child caffeine, listen up: a new study finds the substance may delay brain development in teenagers and also cause them to gain weight.
