CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - A Jan. 24 Pinal County Superior Court arraignment has been scheduled for an Iraqi man in a killing and in the unrelated Nov. 30 detonation of a homemade explosive device outside a Social Security Administration office.

The Casa Grande Dispatch reports that the arraignment of Abdullatif Ali Aldosary will follow his Dec. 9 sentencing in federal court in Phoenix on his conviction last month of federal charges of being a felon in possession of guns and ammunition.

Aldosary was charged in July with murder and other crimes in the Nov. 27, 2012, killing of Orlando Requena, an employee at the Arizona Grain processing facility in Maricopa. Aldosary had worked there.

He also will enter pleas to attempted first-degree murder charges in the Social Security bombing in Casa Grande.
