Eastvale, CA -

(FOX 11 / AP) The Riverside County sheriff's department says two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of two sexual assaults that took place on a high school campus.

A sheriff's statement released Tuesday night said the assault took place at Roosevelt High School in the city of Eastvale on Sept. 25.

The statement said investigators learned the two suspects had sexually assaulted the student victim on school property during evening hours.

Officials say the two suspects, whose names are being withheld because they are minors, have been booked for investigation of multiple felonies.

The statement did not say why the teens were on campus at night or provide any other details. It says investigators determined the assault was an "isolated incident," but did not elaborate.
