I-Team: Identity mix-up goes to court

It's not unusual for people with relatively common names to run into someone with the same name.  But these days, with so much of our business generated on the faceless Internet, it's easy for one person's identity to get mixed up with someone else's.

The FOX 5 I-Team's Dana Fowle first explained last week the problem one of the FOX 5 Atlanta family was having that was costing him a whole lot of time, money and his reputation. The mess is hard to untangle and this week it landed him in court to push back against the debt collectors.
