Phoenix police: 2 sought in 21 pharmacy robberies

PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say two young men may have been responsible for 21 armed robberies of pharmacies in northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale in recent months.

Police say the robberies involved both stand-alone pharmacies and in-store locations and that the robbers demand oxycodone from employees.

The robbers enter wearing headgear such as a motorcycle helmet, baseball cap or fishing hat.

Both men are described as white and between 20- and 30 years -old.

One is described as 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds with slight facial hair. The other is described as approximately 6-foot-2 and muscular.
