A man who met an Arizona State University student on a dating site sexually assaulted her after their first date, according to ASU Police.

ASU Police say a female student was sexually assaulted by the male suspect early Saturday morning while in her Cholla dorm on ASU's Tempe campus.

The victim met the suspect on an online dating site and they went on their first date Friday night.

After the date, he came back to her dorm room where he allegedly had sex with her without her consent. After the assault, he left the apartment.

The victim called 911 and investigators located the suspect at his Phoenix apartment after a positive identification by the victim.

Skylar McCormick Spence, age 27, was booked into the 4th Ave Jail for sexual assault.
