Hard Rock Detroit ready for Lions football

Hard Rock Detroit is ready for Detroit Lions football.

The downtown Detroit bar and eatery is having brunch before all Lions home games, and will be hosting the Lions Review show every Monday with appearances by Coach Jim Schwartz and other key players.

Chef Marty Bonkowski stopped by FOX 2 on Thursday to teach viewers how to create some of the most popular game day favorites, including the Coney Burger:

Ingredients:
10oz Angus Beef Hamburger Patty
Seasoning salt
½ cup chili on top of hamburger patty
½ cup diced onions on top of chili
2 slices of cheese slices over the onions
1 tbsp of Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce on top and bottom bun
3 pickles on bottom bun
1 tomato on top of pickles
