Parents ask for help in finding missing Dearborn teen

DEARBORN, Mich. (WJBK) -

The parents of a missing teenager are asking the Dearborn police and others to help them track down their son, who has autism and bipolar disorder.

Police say Charles Foster ran out the front door of his home in the 4600 block of Schlaff Saturday night.

The 16-year-old has run away before.

According to police, he is black, 5-foot-2 and 110 pounds. Charles last was seen wearing a beige, collared short-sleeve shirt with horizontal stripes, dark shoes and glasses.  

The family doesn't believe Charles is a danger to himself or others.

Anyone with information is asked to call Dearborn police at 313-943-2241.
