Derek Jeter's Hot Date

Posted: Updated:

Chaser Morgan takes a look into the love life of Derek Jeter.  Could the Yankee’s most notorious bachelor be retiring from the dating scene before he retires from baseball?

The famous short-stop has been seen with “Sports Illustrated” model Hannah Davis since last summer and recent pictures of the two together at Starbucks has sparked a lot of engagement rumors.  She is seen wearing a gold band with a diamond on her left ring finger leaving many to speculate that things are serious between the two.

However, Morgan got down to the bottom of this and talked to Hollywood Life reporter Chloe Melas who told her that they are NOT engaged.  In fact, Jeter didn’t even buy the ring she is wearing.

Now some feel like Jeter may be robbing the cradled since there is a pretty big age gap between the two, Jeter is 39 and Davis is only 23.

New Jersey's gossip guru Chaunce Hayden visited the set of Chasing New Jersey to talk about Jeters love life and he said that Jeter can date whoever he wants.  He said that "athletes are like everyone else in the public eye and they have a shelf life and its not always about the money, sometimes its about the flavor of the week, being top shelf is not like a well drink."

Back in the studio the crew chased down all of Jeters ex-girlfriends and compared the age gap.  On average the short-stop likes to keep about 6 years between him and his lady loves, this time he's gone way beyond that.

Recently, Chasing New Jersey uncovered a privacy violation by the NJDEP and Parks Police at Liberty State Park. There, police were putting social security numbers on parking tickets and citations that were being left on vehicles for anyone to see. Well now the ACLU has sent a letter to the NJDEP telling them to stop with this practice because it's against people's constitutional rights. ACLU Legal Director Edward Barocas further discussed the organizations involvement.
