Chiesa Endorses Lonegan

Posted: Updated:
Toms River, NJ (My9NJ) -

Ronica went to Toms River, New Jersey to chase Senator Jeff Chiesa's official endorsement of Steve Lonegan for United States Senate. The event had a very different feel from Governor Chris Christie's endorsement announcement. There speeches seemed to have more energy and seemed to be more aggressive.

Lonegan noted that this is more than a campaign against Cory Booker. Lonegan said it was also a campaign against Barack Obama saying, "We’re tired of Barack Obama's lies."

Lonegan also noted his appreciation for Governor Chris Christie's endorsement. "I cannot tell you how honored I am and how proud I am to be working shoulder to shoulder with Governor Chris Christie." He said.
