Hank looks into the ongoing frustration that New Jersey residents have with the Department of Motor Vehicles. Just last week DMV computers crashed for the second time in a month forcing residents to take not one but two days off from work in order to take care of their car issues.  

He talks to frustrated customers about the inconvenience of the crashes and how they want answers not excuses.  A letter from the DMV spokesperson said they are working on the problem.
