Missing: David Hepler

EL MIRAGE, Ariz. -

Police are looking for a 64-year-old missing man who left his El Mirage home about 5 a.m. Wednesday.

David Hepler is in advanced stages of Alzheimer's and suffers from Parkinson's disease. He left home without his medication.

David is described as approximately 5'09" tall, 145 pounds, with gray hair, green eyes and may only know his name.

He was last seen at his home in the 12800 block of West Dreyfus Drive in El Mirage. He is believed to be traveling with a female acquaintance, Mai Yang.  Mai is described as a 30-year-old Asian female approximately 5'1" tall, 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

David and Mai recently relocated here from Colorado and may be driving a gray 2004, Kia Sedona van with Arizona license plate BAD6517.

Police are concerned for the welfare of Mr. Hepler.

    New York City subway riders are getting back service on the G train between Brooklyn and Queens. The return of service comes as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority reopens a tunnel Tuesday that was heavily damaged by Superstorm Sandy. The Greenpoint tunnel has been closed for five weeks for repairs. Shuttle buses were provided between G stops in Queens and Brooklyn during that time.
