From Black to Light National radio personality Steve Black's true life story of love, adventure, music, cancer, death, despair, tragedy and triumph while interacting with rock and roll royalty.

Steve and Sabrina Black have spent a combined 40 years on the radio, mainly in Detroit, Michigan. Sabrina was diagnosed with cancer on the way to their wedding in Hawaii in 2000, and passed away six years later.

Together they fought a very public, heart-wrenching battle with the disease, its financial wreckage, stress, pain and ultimately death.

During Sabrina's illness Steve found a way to take care of his wife and work from home by creating The Chop Shop, a syndicated radio show with his partners at Envision Radio Networks.

Steve Black says "From Black to Light is a very human story, one that could have happened to any one of us. It's a story about following your dreams, learning to love, dealing with loss and depression, and learning how to live all over again.

Steve Black releases his autobiography on August 1, 2013 Pre-sale starts July 18, 2013 at www.chopshopradio.com.
