Police are investigating a shooting between two cars near McDowell and Litchfield Road.

According to officers, two cars were leaving the Game Time Sports Grill when they got into some sort of argument.

Someone in one of the cars allegedly shot the driver and a passenger in the other car; the injured driver's car crashed afterward.

The 21-year-old driver was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. His passenger, also a man in his 20s, was hospitalized as a precaution.

Officers in the area immediately stopped the fleeing vehicle and took a female driver and three male passengers, all in their early 20s, into custody.

Update: Goodyear Police have booked two people into jail -- the female driver, Breanna Lopez, and her husband, passenger Daniel Lopez.

They are both facing charges of attempted murder and drive-by shooting.

The victim driver has been identified as 21-year-old David Carrillo. He remains in critical condition.

Some did share nice pictures, but others not so much. Some of the first pictures posted showed regular citizens standing with very friendly looking police officers.
